Step back in time to 1760. Witness the challenges of Cherokee life at a time of rapid cultural change as European settlers invaded Indian lands.

 

Tour the authentic working Village with dwellings, residents, and artisans right out of the 1760’s. Experience traditional medicine and interact with villagers as

they hull canoes, make pottery and masks, weave baskets and beadwork, and participate in their daily activities.

Enjoy live reenactments, interactive demonstrations, and Hands-On Cherokee art classes for kids.
