The Fire Mountain Inferno

Torch the competition.
The folks at Fire Mountain, Western North Carolina’s newest mountain biking trail system, do everything fast—except race-course prep. That’s being done very carefully, ensuring that every cross-country and enduro rider who joins us for the Fire Mountain Inferno has a fast, and safe, time.
Now in its second year, the Inferno kicks off on May 2 with the course ready for enduro riders and registration for all (in fact, you can practice and register May 1, too!). On May 3, it’s cross-country racing time. There are several races planned each day for every skill type, plus prizes, grub, free schwag, and more. Ignite your inner racer and ride.

Get registered.
Online registration is open now and closes on April 30, 2020. On-site registration will be open on the dates and times shown in the schedule below.
Rider number limits.
There is a limit of 120 participants in the Enduro races on Sunday. So hurry and register soon, as we already have nearly 100 riders registered.
